Another Beautiful Beach Family!

Oh my goodness - I could just kiss this sweet face! Little G was so much fun during this session. Karla - I think this would look great as a close crop, too! Her hands were just too sweet to crop out!
A little tickle time at the beach! I took a lot of convincing to get Little G to hang out with the family - but she was more than willing to stay for tickles!
Little Miss G loves, loves, loves Wizard of Oz. Once she got dressed up - she was so happy! I love how much she loves that movie!
We weren't sure if she was going to like being thrown in the air - and Dad even tried it a couple times - but finally - once she got up - she had so much fun! Look at that smile!!!
While Little G. was off being The Good Witch Glenda - Mom and Dad could steal a little time for themselves. Such a beautiful couple!

M Family at the Beach!

I was so excited to do this session for this beautiful family. They were really looking for a more relaxed photo session, and those are always my favorite kind! I had a really hard time just picking 5 to put up here - but I wanted to get them up fast. I can't wait to process the rest of this session.

There's so many reasons I love this image - but mostly I think it's because I love little E's foot!
Such a beautiful smile - she wasn't shy with the camera at all!
It's not really a beach session until someone gets wet. That was a nice save keeping the baby out of the water.

I was origianlly going for something different - but I'm really happy with how this turned out.

Jefferson is on his way!

I'm so excited I get to be an aunt again! My beautiful Sister-in-Law is due any day now. About a month ago, she humored me by letting me take some pictures of her. It's taken me a while to get them processed and up - but I'm so happy to share them now! Look out soon for some of my newest nephew, Jefferson!

Meet Koven Ryan!!!

I was hoping to meet him last Friday, but Hanna kind of got in the way of our plans. Here he is, 11 days old, and sweeter than ever! Michelle says this is his favorite place to be - he could sleep forever - as long as I didn't mess with him. Ummmm - well, that didn't happen. Oh, and I got a new proofing look - pretty cool - eh - but I'm sorry about the watermark on Koven's face - I need to remember to adjust that before I upload!
My favorite thing about newborns is how they are still curled up like in momma's womb. I don't know about you - but I see a hint of a smile!

I knew when I took this picture I was going to love it. I couldn't wait to get home and process it. I've taken similar shots like this - but never caught the yawn. I don't know who's more comfortable. Brooklyn is such a great big sister!

Introducing Little Miss Julia

Now, this is one sweet baby. She was so mellow, I just couldn't believe it. Even when she was wide awake, she was so happy to just hang out. In these portraits, she's less than 1 week old. Check out all that beautiful black hair.

I usually love to show images of newborns in black and white, but I just loved these in color. Her skin was just perfect to showcase in color.
A little Daddy time. I love that she's looking right at him.
Mommy kisses. I love that you can just feel Mom's love in this portrait. This little girl is surrounded with love.
Whenever I do a newborn session, I always try to capture something that really shows the size of this little miracle. I really love this image. I love seeing all the little wrinkles and the flakey skin.
